To reset your password, submit your username (this is your Civica payroll number and can consist of 2 - 8 digits, this may be different for other group businesses) including all 2 - 8 digits e.g. 00, 000, 000000 or 00000000. If you are an employee in the Republic of Ireland, Your username will begin with 9 e.g. 900000 (6 digits in total) for your username in the username field.
When your username is located in our database, an email will be sent to the registered email/line managers email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
First time here?
To log in to the site, use your full employee number as your username. For example, for Civica: 00000000. Your password will have been sent directly to your registered email/line manager's email.
(You will then be required to change your password for future logins.)
If you do not have your employee number, your line manager can request this information from HR.
If you are an employee in the Republic of Ireland, your username will begin with 9. For example, 900000 (6 digits in total) for your employee number in the username field.
